Rome, 22 February 2021 - Today’s meeting of the Board of Directors of Cassa Depositi e Prestiti in relation to the offer for ASPI remains open and will be adjourned until tomorrow afternoon, 23 February, to allow all the members of the Consortium to take the decisions at the same time.
