DIP/EMTN Programme
In 2015, CDP launched its medium- to long-term bond issuance programme, known as the Debt Issuance Programme (DIP).
Debt Issuance Programme (DIP)
The DIP enables CDP to raise capital in the financial markets through the issuance of bonds with a variety of structures, maturities and currencies. The Programme has a maximum aggregate size of up to €15 billion and is listed on the MOT market segment of Borsa Italiana.

EMTN Programme
In 2005, CDP launched its Euro Medium Term Notes (EMTN) Programme, a medium- to long-term bond issuance programme.
The EMTN Programme enables CDP to raise funds in the capital markets through the issuance of bonds with a variety of structures, maturities and currencies.
The Program has a maximum total amount of up to 13 billion euros, and the securities issued under it have been listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.
