Cassa Depositi e Prestiti SpA is committed to ensuring that its digital services are accessible and usable by the widest possible number of users, in compliance with the principles of inclusion and accessibility provided for by current legislation.

This recently published website is currently undergoing the technical verifications and assessment activities required to draft and prepare the Accessibility Statement, pursuant to Law no. 4 of January 9, 2004, as amended by Legislative Decree 106/2018, Directive (EU) 2016/2102, Implementing Decision (EU) 2018/1523, and the AGID Guidelines on the accessibility of IT tools.

The Accessibility Statement is drawn up based on specific verification activities that are currently underway and will be published as soon as the assessment and validation activities required by the regulations are completed.
