CDP Code of Ethics

The Code of Ethics sets out the principles and values that guide the CDP Group and the responsibilities that each of us assumes towards our colleagues, stakeholders and the country.

Compliance with the Code is essential to safeguarding the Group’s reliability and reputation. It reflects who we are and sets out standards and rules of conduct that are recognised, accepted and shared in our day-to-day work, at every level of CDP’s organisational structure and across the Group companies subject to its direction and coordination.

The Code applies to everyone who, in any capacity, contributes to CDP’s activities by performing functions, roles or assignments, regardless of the type, duration or form of their relationship with the Group.

Our updated Code of Ethics, approved by the Board of Directors at its meeting on 19 February 2026, forms an integral part of the Organisation, Management and Control Models adopted pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree No. 231/2001, as subsequently amended, by CDP and the Group companies subject to its direction and coordination.
