We are the asset management company of the CDP Group, which is active in the property and infrastructure sectors

We promote urban regeneration through the development of social living infrastructure in Italy and the redevelopment of former public real estate owned by the CDP Group. We support the tourism-accommodation sector and the development of sustainable infrastructure in our country.

We operate through 10 funds (direct and indirect), all of which are long-term, non-speculative instruments. We have over 70 properties in our portfolio and approximately €4.3 billion in assets under management.
