Fitch reduces CDP Reti’s rating to BBB- Outlook Stable

Rome, 12 May 2020 h. 19:30 – CDP Reti S.p.A. announces that today Fitch Ratings has lowered CDP Reti’s long-term rating from BBB to BBB-. The Outlook is Stable.

The decision follows a corresponding rating action on the parent company Cassa Depositi e Prestiti S.p.A. issued on May 8^th 2020, related to Fitch’s rating action on the Republic of Italy carried out last April 28^th .
