Rome, 21 October 2026 – Cassa Depositi e Prestiti S.p.A. (CDP) announces its financial calendar for 2027, with the dates in which corporate bodies will be convened to approve the financial reports:

Meeting of the Board of Directors for the approval of the draft separate financial statements and consolidated financial statements at 31 December 2026.

Wednesday 28 April 2027 (first call) / Tuesday 4 May 2027 (second call)

Annual general Shareholders’ Meeting for the approval of the financial statements at 31 December 2026.

Wednesday 4 August 2027

Meeting of the Board of Directors for the approval of the half-yearly financial report at 30 June 2027.
