Supervisory Committee of Cassa Depositi e Prestiti

The Supervisory Committee of Cassa Depositi e Prestiti, established by Article 3 of Royal Decree No. 453 of 2 January 1913, is a body composed of senators and deputies (elected respectively by the Chambers to which they belong) and lay members (appointed by the Presidency Council of Administrative Justice and the President of the Court of Auditors), which carries out a supervisory function on the general performance of the separate management of CDP, i.e. the management that uses Postal savings or in any case funds backed by the State guarantee.
