CDP RETI: Board of Directors resolves a 2025 interim dividend of approximately 394 million euro

Rome, 25 November 2025 h. 11:51 – The Board of Directors of CDP RETI S.p.A. (“CDP RETI”) resolved today to distribute to Shareholders an interim dividend of approximately 394 million euro (59.32 euro per share) for the fiscal year 2025, gross of any applicable withholding taxes. This decision is consistent with the resolutions adopted since 2016.

The interim dividend, payable no later than 5th December 2025, has been approved based on CDP RETI’s financial statements as of 30 June 2025, prepared in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). As of that date, CDP RETI reported a net profit of approximately 394 million euro and available reserves of approximately 2.054 billion euro.

CDP RETI’s financial statements as of 30 June 2025, along with the Board of Directors’ report and the independent auditors’ opinion – issued pursuant to Article 2433-bis of the Italian Civil Code – are available at the company’s registered office.

 

The manager responsible for preparing the corporate financial reports, Alessandro Uggias, certifies pursuant to Article 154-bis, paragraph 2, of the Consolidated Law on Financial Intermediation that the accounting information contained in this press release corresponds to the accounting documentation, books, and records.
