CDP RETI: Fabrizio Palermo resigns as Chief Executive Officer

Rome, 07 June 2021 h. 20:12 – CDP RETI S.p.A. announces that, today, Fabrizio Palermo resigned from office as Chief Executive Officer and member of the Board of Directors of the Company.

The resignation follows the recent appointment of the new Board of Directors of the holding company CDP.

The Company expresses its gratitude for the diligent efforts of Mr. Palermo during his mandate, wishing him all the best for his new endeavors.

CDP RETI S.p.A. is an investment vehicle owned by Cassa Depositi e Prestiti S.p.A. (59.1%), State Grid Europe Limited, State Grid Corporation of China group (35%), and a group of Italian institutional investors (5.9%). CDP RETI’s mission is to manage the investments in SNAM (31.35%), TERNA (29.85%) and ITALGAS (26.04%).
