Support for tourism

We support the growth of the Italian hotel and tourism sector in partnership with the Ministry of Tourism.

Pursuing our objectives involves a dual intervention strategy:

  • Revamping accommodation facilities in need of major investment through the acquisition and subsequent refurbishment, in partnership with selected operators
  • Support the Italian hotel chains by facilitating the deconsolidation of their real estate (e.g. sales & lease-back) and providing them with the financial resources to be reinvested in their growth.
