Attention to Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) factors is a cornerstone of the SGR’s strategy and is embedded across all business lines. We promote the integration of ESG principles both in our internal operations and throughout our investment activities, contributing to the achievement of the CDP Group’s sustainability objectives and to the creation of long-term value.

Investment opportunities are subject to ESG analysis and due diligence, the outcomes of which support the decision-making process, the definition of objectives, and subsequent monitoring and reporting activities.

Through our funds’ investments, we support the transition towards a sustainable model for social housing, the regeneration of properties and complex urban areas, and the development of initiatives in the tourism and infrastructure sectors, with a focus on ESG factors, digitalisation, and the generation of positive environmental and social impacts.

Principles for Responsible Investment (PRI)
