Occupational Safety

Fintecna intends to perform its activities taking into account the needs and expectations of all its Stakeholders. As part of its processes, it strives to achieve continuous improvement in safeguarding Occupational Health and Safety (OHS).

For this purpose, Fintecna has chosen to adopt, develop and maintain a documented Management System in compliance with standard UNI ISO 45001:2018, undertaking to:

• provide services that comply with the applicable mandatory OSH requirements;
• implement a policy and define goals that allow action to be taken on significant OSH aspects, protecting the health and safety of its own personnel and that of its contractors and, in general, of all persons present in the workplace;
• adequately prepare its response to possible emergency situations;
• pursue ongoing improvement of its OSH-related performance;
• involve its staff and increase their awareness, their sense of responsibility towards OSH and their active involvement in the Management System;
• pursue coordination and cooperation with the parent company CDP S.p.A. and its other subsidiaries, seizing opportunities for synergy and for all areas of common interest;
• pursue coordination and cooperation with the public authorities it supports, for all areas of common interest.
