Provision of real estate services

In keeping with the provisions of the CDP 2022-24 Strategic Plan, the Group’s real estate division was reorganised during 2023 with the creation of two centres of competence: CDP Real Asset SGR, for asset and fund management activities, and Fintecna S.p.a., for the provision of real estate services and the management of sales processes.

The assets managed by Fintecna are characterized by a high degree of diversity and comprise both owned and non-owned property portfolios. The Company provides a wide range of real estate services, including Project & Construction Management, Property Management, as well as services supporting real estate disposal activities.
