Board of Directors

The Board of Directors, comprising three members, is responsible for determining the Company's strategic objectives and overall management guidelines, as well as its investment policies and sector priorities.

It also approves investment and divestment transactions.

It consists of:

Board of Statutory Auditors

The Board of Statutory Auditors oversees compliance with the law and the Articles of Association, adherence to the principles of sound management, and the adequacy of the Company's organisational, administrative and accounting systems, as well as their effective operation.

The Board of Statutory Auditors is composed of:

Bettina Campedelli – Standing Auditor
Paolo Russo – Alternate Auditor
Daniela Frusone – Alternate Auditor

The Board of Statutory Auditors also serves as the Supervisory Body pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree No. 231/2001.

Independent Auditor

The accuracy of the Company's financial reporting is subject to independent audit. The audit engagement for the annual financial statements, the half-year financial statements, and the statutory audits required under Italian Legislative Decree No. 39/2010 and the Consolidated Law on Finance (Testo Unico della Finanza) has been entrusted to Deloitte & Touche S.p.A.

The Articles of Association define CDP Equity’s purpose, activities, governance structure and operating procedures, regulating its operations in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
