Rome, 25 September 2025 h.17:41 – Cassa Depositi e Prestiti SpA (CDP) announces that today the Fitch Ratings agency has upgraded CDP’s long-term and short-term ratings to BBB+ from BBB and F1 from F2, respectively. At the same time, the Outlook has been revised to Stable from Positive.
The decision reflects the recent action taken by the Agency on the Republic of Italy’s sovereign ratings.
