Rome, 3 June 2026 - The Shareholders' Meeting of Cassa Depositi e Prestiti S.p.A. (CDP) today approved the financial statements as of 31 December 2025, which report a net income of 3,368,087,094.81 euro and a dividend totalling 2,188,133,527.68 euro will be distributed to Shareholders.
