CDP, SIMEST and ELITE-Group Euronext launch the new accelerator dedicated to the growth of the fashion supply chain

The number of non-financial instruments from the Cassa Depositi e Prestiti Group, in collaboration with ELITE-Group Euronext, is expanding with the creation of a programme dedicated to supporting growth, innovation and international expansion of companies operating in one of the symbolic sectors of Made in Italy

Advanced training, strategic consulting and access to financial instruments and networking with key stakeholders in the sector, in Italy and abroad. These are the main features at the core of the new programme launched by Cassa Depositi e Prestiti, Simest and ELITE | Euronext Group to support the expansion strategies in markets of companies active in the fashion sector. The organisation of the initiative has been supported by the Ministry of Enterprises and Made in Italy, which also established a permanent table with the objective of addressing the needs of the sector with a focus on promoting national supply chains.

The accelerator targets companies with a solid business model1 serving as a catalyst for sustainable growth and long-term development to address current and future challenges of the fashion sector: digitalisation, sustainability, international expansion, capital and innovation. Joining the initiative will enable companies to broaden their skills, expand their knowledge of all available tools to finance and consolidate their development plans, extend relationships with the industrial and financial community of the segment and ultimately access the private and public capital markets. In particular, the programme – with a minimum duration of 24 months – will provide access to a range of dedicated services and benefits:

  • Training - courses for top management and topical workshops in collaboration with SDA Bocconi to identify strategic priorities and develop key skills.
  • Financial instruments - solutions for the funding of capital through debt and equity financial instruments, such as for example Basket Bonds or measures for subsidised finance, export credit and quotation support.
  • Networking - access to exclusive meetings with entrepreneurs, investors and national and European partners, as well as events and video content to boost one's brand and expand growth opportunities.
  • Digitalisation - support to tackle the challenges of the digital transition through assistance in the development of specific solutions and the adoption of new technologies.

The programme will be reserved for Italian companies selected by CDP, SIMEST and ELITE | Euronext Group and will start next May. Companies can apply from today until April 2026.
