Impact Award | CDP

 

The Impact Award is a recognition dedicated to initiatives that create value for communities and territories, delivering tangible social and environmental impact.

A project promoted by the POLIMI Graduate School of Management, in collaboration with Tiresia, the research center for impact, innovation, and finance at the Politecnico of Milan, and supported by Cassa Depositi e Prestiti.

Goals
 

  • Highlight success stories that generate positive and measurable impacts on communities, the environment, and local territories.
  • Disseminate best practices among public and private stakeholders to support a fair and inclusive transition.
  • Promote change within the entrepreneurial and institutional system toward sustainability.

Target
 

The Impact Award is designed for those who generate social and environmental impact, contributing to a sustainable and inclusive transition. Eligible participants include:

  • Companies, including SMEs;
  • Public Administrations.

The Prize
 

Winners are offered training programs delivered by the POLIMI Graduate School of Management on sustainability and impact finance.

An opportunity to expand skills, strengthen know-how, and accelerate the transition of businesses and public administrations.

 

 

The phases of the Impact Award
 

1. Submission and evaluation of applications

Preliminary review of projects to determine eligibility for the next phase.

 

2. Evaluation of operations

Assessment of the environmental and social impact of the projects and selection of the finalists.

 

3. Selection and award ceremony  

Jury vote, selection of the winning projects, and award presentation.
