Bpifrance and Cassa Depositi e Prestiti (CDP) present the first French-Italian Young Leaders Program

30 high-potential young professionals have joined this two-years program organized by Bpifrance and CDP, with the aim of developing and strengthening reliable and long-term relationships between France and Italy

Rome/Paris, 16th November 2021 - The Young Leaders Program, organized by Bpifrance and CDP, brings together high-potential French and Italian professionals (15 from France, 15 from Italy), aged 30 to 40, from different backgrounds and fields of activity. By creating a network of future leaders in their sectors, the two-years Program aims to develop and strengthen relationships between Italy and France, with a European perspective.

Two working sessions were already organized in Rome and Paris, for Young Leaders to explore common issues and get to know each other through networking activities.

During the working sessions, Young Leaders had the opportunity to discuss a common socio-economic topic from various perspectives, relevant for French-Italian business relations. Each session is turned into a White Paper, which summarizes the Young Leaders’ points of view on the topic discussed. The first working session was focused on the assets of the European Union and the Mediterranean Perspective; the second one was focused on Patrimonies and tourism in Europe.

Through this Program, which has the ambition of creating a synergy and ambitious dialogue between future leaders from both countries, Bpifrance and CDP aim to help strengthen bonds and economic cooperation between France in Italy, in line with the 2020 Franco-Italian Summit.
