Rome October 16,2018

With sharing experience and best practice and working in synergy to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals in mind, Cassa depositi e Prestiti (CDP) has joined the International Development Financial Club (IDFC), a network of 24 institutions operating on 4 continents bringing together their skills, resources and know-how to address global challenges such as climate change and poverty, whilst promoting sustainable economic development.

CDP, always committed to sustainability, constantly works to promote projects and initiatives to meet the United NationsSustainable Development Goals (SDGs), with a particular focus on international cooperation and sustainable finance.

IDFC membership will make it possible to share this experience with the other members of the association, as CDP Chief Business Officer Antonella Baldino underlined at the IDFC Annual Meeting in Bali. Rémy Rioux, President of IDFC, who was also present at the event, welcomed CDP's entry into the International Development Financial Club saying it would be a fundamental contribution in achieving the UN SDG’s 17 Sustainable Development Goals.
