How it works

We provide technical-administrative and economic-financial advice on strategic projects in the areas of school and healthcare construction, public transport, energy efficiency, circular economy, land conservation and natural resource protection.

We support administrations in the implementation of projects that are relevant in terms of investment and/or impact on the sector economy and region

We advise public administrations on structuring processes and overseeing investment management, identifying implementation methods and supporting procurement processes.
 

Our lines of assistance

• support/guidance activities in all phases of planning, design and implementation of infrastructure works;
• assistance in defining the economic-financial, risk-sharing and financeability aspects of PPP/concession contracts, including the preparation of tender documents;
• support/guidance during the authorisation process for works (service conference, environmental impact assessment, strategic environmental assessment);
• analysis of best market practices and innovative technologies;
• assistance in dialogue with market players.
