Seven Seas: beauty becomes Italian luxury

Fincantieri delivers ship to Norwegian Cruise, and is building a twin

An ultra-luxury ship delivered, with a twin on arrival. Fincantieri signs a contract worth 422 million euros with the shipping company Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings. The "Seven Seas Explorer", with its approximately 55,200 gross tons, is the flagship of the fleet, is 223 meters long and can accommodate 750 passengers on board in 375 spacious suites. The ship was built using the most advanced technologies in terms of environmental protection.  Much attention to passenger comfort. The sister ship, already under construction in Sestri Ponente shipyard, will be delivered in 2020.

Fincantieri since 1990 has built 74 cruise ships, and 21 more units are under construction or about to be built.
