Bergamo municipal council intends to renovate an area of the city for university students

Renovation work of the Montelungo-Colleoni barracks will enable the construction of housing for university students and teachers, and will also be the site of the new university sports centre. CDP has sold part of the property, formerly owned by the FIV fund, to the municipal council and Bergamo University, which will begin work by the end of 2017.
The construction of the university sports centre and the student village will also open the way to the development of the former hospital area (also owned by FIV) into the new academy of Italy’s financial police, the Guardia di Finanza.
