CDP Investimenti Sgr at the fifth edition of the forum for urban renewal and energy efficiency

RE+build 2016 has opened. It’s the fifth edition of the forum to inform, promote and reflect on themes regarding urban renewal, energy efficiency in real estate development, related to integrated planning, industrial construction, and innovative financing.
Two days of plenary sessions will be held that are dedicated to construction and related services. To be discussed will be themes such as “The re-use of the unsold: operating models and financial solutions”. The session aims to deepen - even with the description of two recent cases of use of the instrument - the role of the various actors involved in the transaction: lender, government and SGR bidders.
From CDP Investimenti SGR (CDP Group), Livio Cassoli will talk about the role of the the investor and CDP’s position.
