Publication of the interim consolidated financial report as at 30 June 2016

Cassa depositi e prestiti S.p.A. (CDP) informs that the interim consolidated financial report as at 30 June 2016, including the condensed consolidated interim financial statements, the interim management report and the certification pursuant to article 154-bis, paragraph 5, of the Consolidated Law on Finance, and the review report, are available to the public at CDP’s registered office, on its website www.cdp.it and on the mechanism for the central storage of regulated information, “1Info”, which can be consulted at www.1info.it.
