Publication of the half-yearly financial report as at 30 June 2013

Rome, 29 August 2014. Cassa depositi e prestiti S.p.A. (CDP) informs that the half-yearly consolidated financial report as at 30 June 2014, including the consolidated condensed interim financial statements, the interim management report and the certification pursuant to article 154-bis, paragraph 5, of the Consolidated Law on Finance, and the independent auditor report are available to the public at CDP’s registered office, on its website www.cassaddpp.it and on the mechanism for the central storage of regulated information, “1Info”, which can be consulted at www.1info.it.
