Publication of the Annual report and of the Integrated Report of CDP Group at 31 December 2022

Rome, 21 April 2023 - Cassa depositi e prestiti S.p.A. (CDP) communicates that the following documents are available to the public at CDP’s registered office, on its website, www.cdp.it, and on the mechanism for the storage of regulated information, “1Info”, which can be consulted at www.1info.it:

• the 2022 Annual report, comprising the draft separate financial statements and the consolidated financial statements as at 31 December 2022, accompanied by the report on operations and the certifications pursuant to Article 154-bis, paragraph 5, of the Legislative Decree n. 58/1998 (Consolidated Law on Finance), as well as the Independent Auditor’s reports and the Board of Statutory Auditors’ report;
• the 2022 Integrated Report of CDP Group including, inter alia, the Consolidated non-financial statement pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 254/2016, as well as the Independent Auditor’s report.

The 2022 Annual report and the 2022 Integrated Report of CDP Group were approved by the Board of Directors on 30 March 2023.

Full copies of the most recent financial statements of subsidiaries and the summary document of the essential information from the most recent financial statements of associated companies, as provided by Article 2429, paragraph 3, of the Italian Civil Code, are also available to the public at the Company’s registered office.
