Publication of the annual report and of the consolidated non financial statement at 31 december 2018

Cassa depositi e prestiti S.p.A. (CDP) communicates that the following documents are available to the public at CDP’s registered office, on its website, www.cdp.it, and on the mechanism for the storage of regulated information, “1Info”, which can be consulted at www.1info.it:

the 2018 Annual report, comprising the draft separate financial statements and the consolidated financial statements as at 31 December 2018, accompanied by the report on operations and the certifications pursuant to Article 154-bis, paragraph 5, of the Legislative Decree n. 58/1998 (Consolidated Law on Finance), as well as the Independent Auditor’s reports and the Board of Statutory Auditors’ report;Rome

the 2018 Consolidated non-financial statement of CDP Group pursuant to Legislative Decree No. 254/2016, as well as the Independent Auditor’s report.

The 2018 Annual report and the 2018 Consolidated non-financial statement of CDP Group were approved by the Board of Directors on 28 March 2019.

Full copies of the most recent financial statements of subsidiaries and the summary document of the essential information from the most recent financial statements of associated companies, as provided by Article 2429, paragraph 3, of the Italian Civil Code, are also available to the public at the Company’s registered office.
