Rome, 27 March 2013 - Cassa depositi e prestiti S.p.A. (CDP) announces that its 2012 Annual Financial Report, consisting of the draft separate financial statements and the consolidated fìnancial statements at 31 December 2012, accompanied by the Directors’ report and the statements pursuant to Article 154 bis, paragraph 5, of the Consolidated Law on Financial lntermediation, as well as the reports of the independent auditors and the report of the Board of Auditors, are available to the public at the Company’s registered office and on its website, www.cassaddpp.it.
Starting this year, the CDP Annual Financial Report will be available in the “navigable and interactive” version (English version available soon). The Web application will allow the user, among other things, to navigate in the main parts of the document, create graphs related to the 2010-2012 period, compare data, download content page-by-page, save the primary tables in the report in an Excel format.
Full copies of the most recent financial statements of subsidiaries and the summary document of the essential information from the most recent financial statements of associated companies, as provided for by Article 2429, paragraph 3, of the ltalian Civil Code, are also available to the public at the Company’s registered office.
