(CDP) announces that its 2016 Annual financial report, comprising the draft separate financial statements and the consolidated financial statements as at 31 December 2016, accompanied by the directors’ report and the statement pursuant to Article 154-bis, paragraph 5, of the Legislative decree n. 58/1998 (Consolidated Law on Finance), as well as the Audit firm’s and the Board of statutory auditors’ reports are available to the public at the Company’s registered office, on its website, www.cdp.it, and on the mechanism for the storage of regulated information, “1Info”, which can be consulted at www.1info.it.
Full copies of the most recent financial statements of subsidiaries and the summary document of the essential information from the most recent financial statements of associated companies, as provided by Article 2429, paragraph 3, of the Italian Civil Code, are also available to the public at the Company’s registered office.
