Cassa depositi e prestiti S.p.A. (CDP) announces that its 2010 Annual Financial Report, comprising the draft separate financial statements and consolidated financial statements at 31 December 2010, accompanied by the Directors’ report and the statement pursuant to Article 154 bis, paragraph 5,of the Consolidated Law on Financial Intermediation, as well as the reports of the independent auditors and the reports of the Board of Auditors, are available to the public at the Company’s registered office and on its website at www.cassaddpp.it.
Full copies of the most recent financial statements of subsidiaries and the summary document of the essential information from the most recent financial statements of associated companies, as provided for by Article 2429, paragraph 3, of the Italian Civil Code, are also available to the public at the Company’s registered office.
