Presentation of lists of candidates for the appointment of the corporate bodies of SNAM Spa

Rome, 28 February 2013 – Cassa depositi e prestiti Spa (CDP) announces that CDP Reti Srl – which is wholly owned by CDP and holds No. 1,014,491,489 SNAM ordinary shares, equal to 30% of share capital – today, in view of the SNAM ordinary shareholders’ meeting called for 25 and 26 March 2013 (at first and second call) to vote, among other things, on the appointment of the members of the Board of Directors and of the Board of Auditors, has filed with SNAM’s registered office the following lists of candidates:
