Paid the adjustment payment for the purchase of Sace and Simest

Cassa depositi e prestiti Spa (CDP) announces that it has paid the MEF the adjustment payment for the purchase of Sace S.p.A. and Simest S.p.A. for a total amount of euro 2,451,859,966.07, of which euro 2,328,699,200 for Sace and euro 123,160,766.07 for Simest.
The sums have been paid on the basis of the transfer price determined by the MEF with the decree of 28 December 2012 – euro 6,050,000,000 for Sace and euro 232,500,000 for Simest – , as considered fair by CDP; on 9 November 2012 CDP paid, as a provisional payment, the amount of euro 3,830,640,033.93 (euro 3,721,300,800 for Sace and euro 109,339,233.93 for Simest).
