CDP Group is present once again at the long-established MIPIM international property trade fair in Cannes, presenting the opportunities offered by the Italian market to more than 5 thousand investors from all over the world
Leading on from the events of 2017, CDP Group is participating in the new edition of MIPIM (Marché International des Professionnels de l'Immobilier - The International Market of Property Professionals), scheduled to take place in Cannes from 13 to 16 March.
MIPIM is the largest international trade fair dedicated to the property world, and during the event, 23 thousand operators, 2,600 companies and more than 5 thousand investors will have the chance to take a look at some of the most innovative projects in this sector, with Italian initiatives selected by Italy's Trade and Investment Agency (Agenzia ICE).
This year once again, CDP Group presents some of the activities and ventures in which it engages as a key operator in the Italian property sector: from the enhancement and redevelopment of public property assets to the promotion of social sousing, the construction of university residential buildings and the provision of support to the tourism sector, CDP demonstrates its commitment through a series of projects with a high social, educational and cultural value.
Specifically, during the four days of the event, five urban redevelopment initiatives promoted by CDP Investimenti Sgr will be presented to the public: the Palazzo Medici Clarelli in Rome, the Former La Marmora Barracks in Turin , Palazzo Vivarelli Colonna in Florence, the Former Tobacco Factory in Palermo, and Palazzo Duodo in Venice. These projects can also be viewed on the investinitalyrealestate.com portal, a virtual showcase of all the Italian public property assets first unveiled at the 2016 edition of the event in Cannes.
In addition to CDP Group, the Italian Pavilion 2018 in Cannes is also playing host to a number of regional institutions (10 Italian regional delegations and 2 towns), trade associations (ANCE - Associazione Nazionale Costruttori Edili, Italy's National Association of Building Constructors, Confindustria Alberghi and Assoimmobiliare) and operators in the public property sector in Italy (Agenzia del Demanio , Difesa Servizi, FS Sistemi Urbani, Invimit).
