Thanks to Simest, the Idrodepurazione Group of Seregno explores possibilities offered by American market
Simest continues its work of helping Italian firms expand abroad, with the acquisition of 49% (equal to 250,000 euros) of IdroUs, a US-based company dedicated to the promotion and marketing of equipment for water purification products, from Idrodepurazione Group of Seregno (from Monza and Brianza near Milan). With this new operation, CDP Group, through the activities of Simest, reaffirms its dedication to helping Italian companies wishing to expand their business, exploring the possibilities offered by foreign markets.
Through the new US subsidiary, the Italian company intends to use the proceeds from the sale to expand its range of relationships with a number of subjects, including public institutional clients (such as federal government agencies, municipalities, armed forces, etc ...), international financial institutions, project support in emerging markets through funding, and American private equity interested in investing in the sector.
Idrodepurazione has operated since 1977 in the field of water treatment and recovery of organic matter in the effluent of agro-processing environment, and the reuse of gray and rainwater. After forty years in business, the group is the undisputed leader in both the supply of small-medium prefabricated plants, as in the design and construction of plants for large surfaces.
