EIB financing for a social housing project in Milan supported by the CDP Group

EIB financial support of €34 million for a social housing project, promoted by the CDP Group with Fondazione IRCCS Ca’ Granda Ospedale Maggiore Policlinico hospital in Milan and Fondazione Cariplo: redevelopment of over 200 apartments in the centre of Milan, in the Sarpi area. 

The intervention will be carried out by the Fondo Cà Granda, in which CDP Real Asset SGR’s FIA fund is an investor, by demolishing and rebuilding the housing units in accordance with the highest standards of energy efficiency and environmental sustainability, with a strong positive impact in terms of urban revitalisation and enhanced social diversity.
