CDP: the Shareholders’ meeting appoints the new Board of Statutory Auditors and approves amendments to the Articles of Association

Cassa depositi e prestiti S.p.A. (CDP)’s Shareholders’ Meeting met today, in ordinary and extraordinary session. The ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting appointed the new members of the Board of Statutory Auditors, ending on the date of the Shareholders’ Meeting called to approve the financial statements as at 31 December 2018. The effective statutory auditors are: Carlo Corradini (Chairman), Luciano Barsotti, Alessandra Dal Verme, Giusella Finocchiaro and Ines Russo. The deputy statutory auditors are Giandomenico Genta and Angela Salvini.

In extraordinary session, the Shareholders’ meeting approved some amendments to CDP’s Articles of Association, regarding the loans to enterprises also through authorized financial intermediaries and the positions held by directors.
