The Shareholders’ Meeting of Cassa depositi e prestiti Spa (CDP) today appointed the new Board of Directors for the financial years 2018, 2019 and 2020.
New appointed Directors are: Massimo Tononi (Chairman), Fabrizio Palermo (designated as Chief Executive Officer), Luigi Paganetto (designated as Vice Chairman), Fabrizia Lapecorella, Fabiana Massa Felsani, Valentino Grant, Francesco Floro Flores, Matteo Melley and Alessandra Ruzzu.
The Shareholders' Meeting, in wishing the new Directors all the best for their appointment, thanked the outgoing Directors for the results achieved.
