Cassa depositi e prestiti S.p.A. (CDP) announces that Piero Fassino, Massimo Garavaglia, and Stefano Micossi have resigned from the CDP Board of Directors, in consideration of the incompatibility deriving from the assumption of new positions.
CDP, on behalf of the Board of Directors and the Board of Statutory Auditors, expresses its gratitude for the diligent efforts and contributions made by the Directors during the mandate and expresses its best wishes for their new endeavours.
