On 31 December 2022, the merger by incorporation of CDP Industria S.p.A. ("CDPI") into CDP Equity SpA ("CDPE") was finalised, with the transaction resulting in the winding down of CPDI’s operations.
The merger’s objective, in line with the CDP Group's 2022-2024 Strategic Plan, is to rationalise Cassa's organisational structure.
As a result, CDP Equity takes over CDP Industria’s legal relationships, including, but not limited to, the ownership of the investments in Fincantieri (71.32%) and Saipem (12.82%).
