Agreement with SACE gives construction and maintenance companies better access to financial products for international growth.
Supporting the growth of construction and ensuring access to SACE’s financial products is the aim of the agreement signed between the CDP and Finco Group, the umbrella federation of more than 5,000 companies and SMEs operating in the construction and maintenance sectors. The agreement falls within the activities promoted by the CDP Group to accompany Italian companies to foreign markets and support innovation in the real estate sector.
Thanks to this operation, Finco member companies will gain easier access to the Sace and SIMEST (internationalization pole of CDP Group) offer, which is among a number of products designed to promote the overseas growth of Italian companies. Among these are loans for internationalization, facilities on interest rates, support and protection of foreign investments, insurance sales from the risk of non-payment, support and protection of foreign investment.
The agreement also provides for strengthening the exchange of information between Sace and Finco and their communication channels, through the organization of training sessions, sharing of studies submitted periodically by Sace and participation in initiatives on international expansion promoted by the Federation.
