SACE and SIMEST supports Proma Group to strengthen the competitiveness of more than 40 SMEs supplying the leading automotive component industry
SACE and SIMEST agreed help Italian automotive-systems maker Proma Group grow by providing financial and insurance products to the company’s suppliers.
The CDP Group subsidiaries will support more than 40 Caserta, Italy-based Proma suppliers, primariily small and medium-sized businesses, offering several financial and insurance products that will enable better cash flow management between supplier and buyer, as well as an important range of solutions to grow and consolidate in international markets.
Proma, founded in the south of Italy in 1980, is today a major player in the European automotive sector and has contributed over the years to the formation of a robust Italian supply chain. It employs 2,700 people working in factories and research & development centers in 10 countries.
