The CDP Graduate Program, the initiative aimed at young people who want to embark on a work experience full of challenges and opportunities for growth, kicks off today.
Thanks to this programme, recent graduates and undergraduates in economics and management engineering will have the opportunity to participate in the transformation process undertaken by Cassa Depositi e Prestiti which, in order to contribute more and more to the sustainable development of Italy, has decided to make a commitment to young talents as fundamental engines of growth and innovation.
What does it take to apply for the CDP Graduate Program?
An excellent academic background, a lot of enthusiasm, a good attitude towards teamwork and excellent linguistic, IT and technological knowledge.
Applicants will participate in an interactive selection process, during which they will take part in business games, video interviews and assessment days, with the aim of leveraging their personal skills and potential.
The young people selected will join CDP and will have one year of work experience, with the possibility of job rotation within a Group company. It is a complete and structured path, therefore, that will allow young people to fully understand the activities of Cassa Depositi e Prestiti and to contribute with their skills to the development of the country.
