The Cassa depositi e prestiti Spa (CDP) board of directors, meeting today, named Giuseppe Sala as a new CDP director, to replace Isabella Seràgnoli after she regretfully had to leave the post, not being able to renounce previous roles and responsibilities in the corporate bodies of other joint-stock companies. Such a circumstance, under the CDP Articles of Association, does not allow her to keep the position on the company board of directors.
