Rome, 24 October 2019 - Cassa Depositi e Prestiti S.p.A. (CDP) announces that today Massimo Tononi resigned as Director and Chairman of the Board of Directors of CDP. The Board of Directors thanked Mr Tononi for his effort in the interest of CDP and consequently co-opted, on a proposal from the banking foundations that are shareholders of CDP, Giovanni Gorno Tempini, appointing him as Chairman. The appointment of the new Chairman will be submitted to the shareholders’ meeting, called on 5 and 7 of November 2019, in first and second call respectively.
