Rome, 4 July 2013 - Cassa depositi e prestiti Spa (CDP) announces that the Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting met today to modify the Articles of Association regarding the introduction of further integrity requirements for directors, established by the directive of the Ministry of Economy and Finance on 24 June 2013, in addition to those already applied according to the banking consolidated law. The Ordinary Shareholders' Meeting held the 1 July 2013 also appointed new members of the Board of Auditors, approving Andrea Landi as a standing auditor and Luciano Barsotti as alternate auditor.
