Rome, 29 January 2014 - Cassa depositi e prestiti Spa (CDP) announces that the Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting, held today, approved some amendments to the Articles of Association in order to incorporate the provisions introduced by Law no. 147 of 27 December 2013, containing “Instructions for the formation the annual and multi-year state budget (Budget Law of 2014), and by Decree Law no. 69 of 21 June 2013, converted with amendments by Law no. 9 August 2013, no. 98, related to financing for the purchase of new machinery, plants and equipment by small and medium-sized businesses.
