Roma, 30 November 2022 – In light of the announcement made by the Government on 29th November 2022 - in relation to the creation of a working group to define the best market solutions for the National Network - CDP Equity, Macquarie Asset Management and Open Fiber, taking into account the systemic relevance of the transaction, also with reference to the expected authorization processes, considered appropriate to let expire the deadlines envisaged in the Memorandum of Understanding signed on 29th May 2022 with TIM and KKR concerning the potential integration TIM and Open Fiber’s network infrastructure. CDP Equity, Macquarie Asset Management and Open Fiber express their readiness to take part in the Government’s proposed working group.
