CDP-ELITE: new programme to support growth of enterprises kicks off

Cassa Depositi e Prestiti (CDP) and ELITE | Euronext Group present the CDP-ELITE Lounge: an initiative developed to support the growth of Italian small and medium-sized enterprises.

The programme is aimed at companies with a solid business model¹ who want to accelerate their path to long-term sustainable growth. Joining the initiative will enable the enterprises to develop new skills, find out about the range of available tools to strengthen their development plans, expand their relations with other companies and the world of advisory services and, lastly, gain access to the private and public capital markets. Specifically, companies will be able to join on an initial 24-month membership basis that will provide access to a range of dedicated services and benefits:

• Skills – Through training and mentoring activities for top management, companies will be able to participate in Strategy & Finance sessions and workshops that combine theory with practical case studies in an interactive format in which they will also be able to engage with lecturers from leading business schools and ELITE Partners on the topics most relevant to their business strategy.
• Support – CDP and ELITE representatives will be available to assist each company in establishing, implementing and monitoring its Action Plan, in expanding its network by meeting new partners and advisors and in presenting and participating in dedicated assessment sessions to identify and act on the specific needs of each business.
• Capital for growth – The chance to access alternative and complementary debt and equity finance instruments to support companies' growth plans with new funding.
• Relationships – Companies joining the Lounge will have access to the wider ELITE ecosystem of 1,400-plus companies from 23 countries across more than 30 sectors, where they will be able to multiply their business opportunities and connections with entrepreneurs, advisors and investors, benefiting from increased visibility in both the media and the European industrial and financial community.
